Endhiran Chitti...

Here I go, watched the much awaited movie "Endhiran" on the sixth day of its release. After a long time watched the movie on a night show (indeed a peacefull time) with the whole family. Watching it on the sixth day for a movie like Endhiran wasnt a good idea there were comments in all places you go, be it facebook / twitter / Tv / friends ... The whole world was speaking about endhiran, when you hear too much of something and on top of it the great hype created by Sun TV makes you really get tired and at the sametime increases your expectation multiple times.
Movie was indeed super, nice & cool graphics which suits our style and definitely a treat to watch umpty number of thalaivar on screen. Shankar kept us on his track without allowing boredom bother us or to even think of anything else other than to watch the movie completely engrossed.
At the end when I came out of the hall it gave me a kind of feel as to why there was toooo much of a hype. What i found missing was the kind of new styles which always comes along with any Rajini movie. Chitti identifying the culprit scientist amongst his men was an amazing scene but there wasnt any new style followed by Thalaivar, it was just a remake from his old movies nicely wrapped in a silver/gold/platinum foil and presented. Shivaji , Chandramuki movies for instance can never get much credit for the movie as a whole but thalaivar scored well in these movies with his new fresh style and crisp looks. 'Motta Bozz' and 'Vaettaian' character can never be forgotten in history, even though it shares only few scenes in the movie. As a fan of Super Star, I found that this kinda unique style was missing in the movie.
Anyhow movie is definitely a must watch.

How important it is to have the right company, I have always wanted to explore places but at the end would not be able to get the right company to move around. Trekking was something I wanted to try out atleast once in this life time, what is life if you cant do what you wanted to. Was very much attracted towards the Chennai Trekking Clubs activities and wanted to try out atleast a one days trip ! Could not get a company for it :( .. If it comes to girls there are so many restrictions atleast in the like minded family like mine. After satisfying all the restrictions you need to pacify a friend for company. huhhhh , this sucks...
Times like this really frustrates and makes me think " Why the hell do boys enjoy all the fun ? :P "

Targeted for the one day nagalapuram ladies trekking, but could not as usual due to the fact that dint get a company. Was really nice to read the write up by 2 first time gals who made for the trip. Here is the link about the Trek

Wish I happen to get a guy who could be a right company ;-)

Saw the movie on the second day of its release, much awaited one with lots of expectations !

Amidst all the controversies and the poor reviews the movie had come through, I indeed liked the movie. Far better than the usual masala ones which had hit the box office.

Though the movie has many flaws in characterization there are good things also to look forward:

-- aishu's opening scene where she jumps off the cliff, proving that she is a daring women and doesnt wish to be shot (though there are short backs later) was extraordinary

-- vikram and his expression when he is with the lavishing beauty (better to forget that he is a raavanan)

-- usurae pogudhae 4m Karthick's mesmerizing voice

-- wonderful cinematography

-- beautifull aishu

-- climax fight

-- cimax song wordings(Naan Varuven) and A.R's uplift to the song was awesome

Either you end up liking it or dislike it, A must watch after all the criticism !!

Cranky ...

I find that people go crazy over the internet and post all kinda activities over as status in all different applications starting from gtalk - orkut - facebook - twitter , I found it really funny when I came through two status for the day , It reads...
